Audrey has been involved in all aspects of customer service, sales and management for her entire career. She was most recently an Account Executive for 4 years. During this time, Audrey actively participated in business, community and civic affairs, trade shows, special committees and events. Audrey was hand picked by her management out of 20 other employees to attend the “Best Of” training/sharing event for her company.

Prior to her sales manager positions she owned/operated her own entertainment cafe in Syracuse, NY. Audrey became familiar with all the components of a business including heating, plumbing, electrical and maintenance. She was constantly recognized by vendors, customers and area merchants for her outstanding rapport, professionalism and attention to detail.

Growing up in California on a ranch with her Dad, Mom & sister and having a family business taught her much about maintaining a home, ranch and business. Her Dad was sure to have her actively participating in all the maintenance of the business and ranch.

Audrey holds several outstanding customer service awards, and has volunteered for girls’ soccer and volleyball. She continues to participate in community and outreach events as well as participating in training through her GSAR membership to keep herself aware and up to date with customer needs and wants.

Audrey also has a working knowledge of Spanish which helps her to relate and communicate with people at different areas in life and from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Mark & Audrey are husband and wife whom work closely together to make “Total Home Inspection” a team to serve you and your customers needs!
