Mark has an extensive background in all aspects of Home and Building structure. He began in 1999 working with a National Home Improvement referral company, as Regional Manager. Working closely with all types of home builders and remodeling companies, Mark came to understand how all the components of a home work. Then in 2001 he transitioned into Sales Manager with one of the most premiere Window and Door companies. Mark went on to be certified by New York State as a BPI specialist and developed a division of the window company titled “The Weatherization Team." They focused on whole house building performance.

As a BPI contractor Mark works closely with Energy Star to improve not only the quality of a structure, but also the indoor air quality and efficiency of the home which helps the total building envelope. He has been trained extensively for years in the classroom, onsite and at several conferences. He has been a guest speaker on energy costs, consumption and savings as well as preparing a home for the home inspection experience. Ensuring you, the customer, will be served by an experienced, knowledgeable and well rounded inspector.

Having a lengthy track record of inspections and energy audits performed on thousands of homes, Mark acts as a mentor to other up and coming home inspectors and auditors. His trained eye and attention to detail along with his easy to understand explanation of your home makes him a good choice for your next job.

Mark is a member of the GSAR which gives him the opportunity to network with Real Estate Agents as well as have access to the Super Key, making it convenient for agents to work with him.
